An author-designed serving dish by Danywood, crafted for individual serving and table presentation, and also readable as a standalone interior object. The piece is built on contrast: a warm, light ash body with a distinctive handle featuring a darker wood insert. The handle is shaped as a sharp triangular plane that sets a graphic, architectural accent against the soft, golden tones and pronounced grain of the dish.
A hanging hole is integrated into the handle, and the handle is made thinner for a comfortable grip when lifting it from the table.
Material : mountain ash (dish) with a handle insert in reclaimed oak or sapele Finish: Two-layer (oil + wax), food-safe certified. Size: 25–26 cm — dish diameter 10 cm — handle length 2.7 cm — thickness
Care: Clean with warm water, avoid abrasives. Re-oil or re-wax when needed. Full care instructions. Note: Each piece is made from a unique section of wood. Grain and tone may vary slightly.
