Pithos vessel

A solid vessel carved from a single end-grain slab of mountain elm.
The form preserves the natural structure of the wood, revealing the full pattern of annual growth rings across the surface.

Through a specific drying and stabilization process, the material attains long-term structural stability while retaining its natural density and internal tension. Each piece is unique, defined by the singular character of the wood and its internal geometry.

Finish: Two-layer (oil + wax), food-safe certified.
