The spatula, made from oak, ash, elm, or walnut, is designed with a focus on ergonomics and maximum ease of use. The rounded working edge allows food to be efficiently lifted from the sides of cookware, while the handle is shaped to provide an optimal balance of weight. Finish: Two-layer (oil + wax), food-safe certified.
