Sculptural chair
This high-back chair can rightly be called a throne. It is made from a single slab of thermally treated Caucasian maple. The tall backrest retains a live edge; on the reverse side it is hollowed out, forming a relief that evokes the human spine and vegetal motifs. The seat is anatomically shaped. The trapezoidal front legs splay outward, and the overall composition refers to Bauhaus objects, combining sculptural presence with structural rigor.
